What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. See our full Refund Policy for details, or email contact@aurulu.com to start a return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible under our 14-day return policy as long as they're unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
When will I get my order?
Every piece is made to order, so production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. After that: US 3–7 business days, Europe 5–10 business days, and 5–20 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
aurulu is designed in Essen, Germany. Every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand production network, so nothing is printed until you place an order — less waste, and a run made just for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. For other destinations, the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, processed securely at checkout.
